Excited to be a part of A.C.T.'s acclaimed, music-infused adaptation of Dickens' beloved tale, A Christmas Carol, playing the roles of Ermengarde/Annabelle/Gang Member! Running from December 1st-24th at ACT's Geary Theater, this production has become one of the Bay Area's favorite holiday traditions telling the story of lonely old miser Ebenezer Scrooge who's given a second chance by four ghosts who visit him one spooky and sleepless Christmas Eve. Don't miss this classic story of redemption and forgiveness that captures the true spirit and magic of the holiday season!

To be a part of this brilliant show on the 50th anniversary of the Detroit rebellion, is a reminder of its relevance & just how much work still needs to be done not only in Detroit, but also across our country.

A few of us in the Acting Conservatory, under the incredible direction of Ashley Teague, devised a theater piece exploring how the nation and its diverse communities are or are not communicating. Inspired by discussions and stories shared with us with employees of the Chautauqua Institution, members of the Hispanic Cultural Center, and residents of Mayville, Jamestown, & Dunkirk community, we sought to ask the question: What are the invisible barriers standing between us and civil discourse?

In partnership with the Florida Studio Theater, Chautauqua Theater Company participated in an interactive, three part playwriting project for local 3rd & 4th grade students. In less than 14hrs of rehearsal, a select group of us company members rehearsed & performed 14 winning plays of 403 submissions as part of this Young Playwrights Festival, directed by the incredible Katherine McGerr. The festival celebrates bringing theater and playwrighting into schools and encourages young people to embrace their imaginations. It was amazing to see these kids feel seen and proud of their work coming to life!
