Jennifer returns to the Special Victims Unit as TARU Tech Jessica Lyons on this current Season 26! Tune into episodes 12: “Calculated” and 18: “The Accuser” to see her in action!

Jennifer joins the quartet of L’Chaim, a musical journey that pays tribute to the Jewish legacy of musical theatre by exploring and celebrating the unique role of Jewish composers and lyricists through iconic songs from the stage of past and present and the historical stories that go with them.

The Huntington Theater invited Jennifer to be a special guest in their production of Nassim. Each night, a different VIP performed, while the script waited unseen in a sealed box. There was no rehearsal, and the performance was for one night only—never repeated again!

Jennifer originated the role of Bex in S. Asher Gelman’s new play, The Zionists, during its 29-Hour Development Workshop produced under Midnight Theatricals.

Based on the real person, Jennifer played Hansi Brand in a reading of the new musical Budapest, Budapest with music & lyrics by Toby Singer & book/lyrics by Ali Viterbi - a tale that begs the question: who is evil and who’s a hero examined through a tale about Hannah Senesh and Rudolf Kastner.

Jennifer joined the company of Shake It Up at Shakespeare and Company in the Berkshires, directed by Allyn Burrows, where — in just three rehearsals! — they created a show merging a collection of Shakespeare’s texts with songs celebrating the heartbeat of their words.

Jennifer is humbled & grateful to have won the Elliot Norton Award for Outstanding Lead Performance for her portrayal of Dina in the Huntington and SpeakEasy Stage Company production of The Band’s Visit! To be recognized for this particular show/role during this time is a huge honor.

Jennifer found herself back in Boston twice! Once to host the SpeakEasy Stage Gala where she sang six songs and kept the evening moving along, then again to perform two numbers at the Huntington Theatre’s Spotlight Gala, one of which honored award-winning playwright, Lydia R. Diamond.

Jennifer played Queen Kurdurshian in April Dae Okpwae’s Queens of Solomon, a new musical retelling of the 700 royal housewives who turned the wise king Solomon into a fool, as part of the Dramatists Guild Foundation’s presentation of Musical Theater Writing Fellows at Playwrights Horizons.

Jennifer workshopped a reading of If God Were Blue by Carey Perloff, directed by Loretta Greco, playing the role of Beatrice at the Huntington Theatre.

Jennifer played Dina in The Huntington Theatre/SpeakEasy Stage’s co-production of The Band’s Visit. The Boston Globe deemed her “knockout performance…mesmerizing…an unstoppable, stage-seizing force”. Boston.com wrote “everything about her finely layered performance…played without a single false note”. The show runs through December 17th.

Jennifer has been playing the role of Lulu as the new musical, The Bubble, written by Janine McGuire & Arri Lawton Simon continues being developed. She has performed in its 54 Below concert, its 29hr industry presentation, and its residency at Barn on Fire with mentor Jerry Mitchell.

Jennifer played the role of Daphna in Joshua Harmon’s Bad Jews at Westport Country Playhouse as part of their Script in Hand series, directed by Jen Waldman & curated by Mark Shanahan.

Jennifer is the second female ever to be a part of the TARU Tech Department in their 23 seasons on NBC’s Law & Order: SVU opposite Ice-T, Octavio Pisano, and Brad William Henke in Season 23, Episode 17 Once Upon a Time in El Barrio.

Jennifer originated the role of Anna in the 10x Tony Award-winning The Band’s Visit first national tour, which traveled all around the US and Toronto.

Jennifer played the role of Susan in The Bridge Production Group’s [title of show] featuring Keri Rene Fuller, Josh Daniel & Max Hunter at the Brooklyn Navy Yards.
